Course Description:

Excellence in Speaking® Refresh is a one-and-a-half-day virtual workshop that addresses both delivery and content. This training will not only elevate participant communications skills (and thus, your bottom line), but will also sustain and improve skills learned in ESI. Participants will be given a pre-work assignment and the first day includes two one-hour instructional sessions that reviews modules taught in our signature course ESI. In addition to review, our faculty will teach new material focusing on business presentation. All participants will receive a one-on-one coaching session, participate in multiple engaging exercises, and Q & A sessions.

• Reviews modules from ESI to “refresh” skills and keep sharp
