I love the people. Genuine, passionate, caring people.

2. Describe the company in one word or sentence.
Good. Simply stated they have an overwhelming heart for people and to do good, not good for gain, but they truly care about people. They are Genuinely compassionate, invested, and inspiring. Which makes them Great!

3. What’s the number one thing you’ve learned since being a part of this company?
Family first! I love the way they prioritize family and from the start make you feel like family. The other important take away is the intentionality to the little things. They are extremely intentional to make someone feel very special!

4. What’s the best story from your time with the company?
I feel sick …
My heart was racing, and these thoughts ran through my head the morning of my first ESI training class.
I love one-on-one connection, but speaking in front of a group of people physically made me feel a little nauseous.
As the class began, Eliza and Dave put my fears to rest. They made something I found terrifying, enjoyable, and a fantastic learning experience. A group of 8 strangers left as friends. We laughed, cried, and connected over those short 2 1/2 days together. We all stepped into an uncomfortable situation, and with the leadership of Dave and Eliza, we felt inspired and incredible support. I learned to use my fear as fuel and walked away a more confident person and speaker.

6. When you were young did you ever imagine you’d be an integral part of a global organization such as Ty Boyd, Inc.?
I did not. I am beyond honored to be a part of this amazing team!

Determined, empathetic, and compassionate. I push through and don’t give up.

8. What are some things you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
I love running, walking, hiking, and working out. I love spending time with my husband, our two daughters, my parents and our two furry babies Maple and Bear. I love fashion, styling, shopping, Bible study, church, and lunch with friends.
