Any changes or cancellations must be made six weeks prior to the registered course start date. A participant may transfer to a future course within a six-month period. A $350 administrative change fee is required to make the change. Registrants who do not transfer or cancel three weeks prior to their session start date will be charged the entire course fee. Substitutes are welcome for those who are unable to attend the scheduled course.
Ty Boyd, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a session due to an insufficient number of registrants, as this affects the dynamics of the course. Registrants may then transfer to another Excellence in Speaking course without penalty.
