I love the incredible impact we have on peopleโ€™s lives. Helping individuals build confidence and become more authentic communicators is truly fulfilling. Plus, the culture here is so supportive and inspiringโ€”it feels like being part of a family driven by a shared passion for growth and connection.

  2. Describe the company in one word or sentence.
    Transformational.

  3. Whatโ€™s the number one thing youโ€™ve learned since being a part of this company?
Iโ€™ve learned how powerful authentic communication can beโ€”not just in delivering a message, but in creating meaningful connections that build trust and spark real change.

  4. Whatโ€™s the best story from your time with the company?
One moment that stands out was watching a participant, who came to us as a nervous, uncertain speaker, deliver her speech with poise, passion, and impact. Seeing her transformationโ€”and knowing we played a role in itโ€”was incredibly rewarding. Itโ€™s a reminder of how life-changing our work can be.

  5. What was your experience like attending the Excellence in Speaking Institute as a student?
Attending the Excellence in Speaking Institute was eye-opening and transformative. It gave me tools I could apply right away to improve my communication, but more importantly, it helped me embrace my authentic voice. It was empowering to see how I could connect with others in a way that felt natural and impactful.

  6. What should someone expect from going through the course?
They should expect a hands-on, personalized experience that helps them uncover their unique communication style. Itโ€™s not just about techniquesโ€”itโ€™s about gaining confidence, clarity, and the ability to genuinely connect with others.

  7. What truly makes you different than other companies?
What sets us apart is our focus on authenticity. We donโ€™t teach a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we help clients uncover and amplify their own unique voice, creating real and lasting transformations that feel genuine and empowering.

  8. When you were young did you ever imagine working for a company such as Ty Boyd, Inc.?
As a child, I never envisioned this exact path, but I always dreamed of doing work that truly makes a difference. Being part of Ty Boyd feels like the perfect way to live out that dreamโ€”by helping others find their confidence and amplify their voices.

Connectorโ€”someone who thrives on building relationships and creating meaningful connections.
